Would be happy to recommend for a passing visit
Cozy room, convenient location, with the added bonus of a delicious breakfast that includes endless options, and just a short walk away from the train station, making it easy to explore the charming surroundings.
It was all superb.

The breakfast selection was decent and visually appealing.
Upon arrival, the room filled with stale air as the promised air conditioning was turned off for the season, despite me having specifically asked beforehand. The uncomfortable heat made it difficult to relax, and my request for a fan only partially alleviated the situation. Furthermore, the lack of an elevator combined with the steep stairs made lugging our bags a hassle, which guests should be warned about.

The grand canal view was beautiful, but the air conditioning was broken all night.

The breathtaking view of the Grand Canal from the room added a magical touch to our stay.
We had some difficulty accessing the entry door, and a clearer check-in guide would have been helpful.

The Grand Canal view from my room was breathtaking. The location was perfect. just a five-minute walk from the train station. Upgraded to a Deluxe Double Room with Grand Canal View for a modest additional fee, and it was worth every penny. The room had a spacious bathroom and a cozy sitting area that felt private. Staff members were eager to assist and super accommodating during my stay. However, the breakfast left much to be desired. the selection was ample but lacked quality, and I found some fruit to be moldy. Despite this, my overall experience was pleasant.

Couples will love this spot
The location is just fantastic, right at the beginning of the city walk to the main square, I barely needed to use the vaporetto, everything was close. And the view from our room? You can’t beat it, seeing the Grand Canal every morning was a treat.
It ain't the cheapest around but for what it offers, I’d say it’s fair.
